WHY 43-INCH?
Large-Format Surgical Visualization with S-VIXTA Enhancement
NEXARA X 43 is the large-format option in the NEXARA X range. Its role is to combine the physical viewing scale of a 43-inch surgical display with the additional S-VIXTA enhancement layer used across the X series.
For larger surgical video installations, the 43-inch format changes how the display can be positioned and viewed within the room rather than simply reproducing the role of the 32-inch model on a larger screen.
01
Built for Shared and More Distant Surgical Viewing
The 43-inch screen provides additional image area for environments where the surgical image may need to be viewed by multiple users or from positions farther away from the display.
This allows NEXARA X 43 to serve as a large main or shared visualization screen depending on the system layout.

Well suited for operating rooms, shared surgical teams, and longer-distance main-display viewing positions.
02
Large-Format Viewing with Integrated Enhancement
NEXARA X 43 combines its larger 4K viewing surface with the S-VIXTA enhancement layer, including Global Optimize, Defog, Depth Enhancement, Vessel & Tissue Visibility Enhancement and adjustable AI Enhancement Level 0–10.
These capabilities are additional to the shared NEXARA visualization platform.

S-VIXTA Visualization for a 43-Inch Surgical Monitor
Built around the SOIN AIU430 family, including AIU430Pro and AIU430Ultra, NEXARA X 43 combines a 43-inch 4K surgical monitor format with integrated S-VIXTA image enhancement.
Its large-format display is designed for surgical and endoscopy visualization where the same image may need to be viewed by multiple users from different positions, while S-VIXTA adds adjustable image-enhancement capabilities on top of the shared NEXARA 4K platform.

S-VIXTA Enhancement for Large-Format Visualization
For large-format surgical visualization, NEXARA X 43 integrates S-VIXTA, SOINVISION’s medical imaging enhancement technology, with its 43-inch 4K display platform.
The enhancement layer adds controllable image optimization to the 43-inch platform. Its AI Enhancement Level can be adjusted from 0 to 10 according to the connected surgical or endoscopy source and viewing requirement, while the shared NEXARA 4K functions continue to handle core display, source and image-control tasks.
S-VIXTA Global Optimize
Global Optimize provides an overall image-enhancement option within the S-VIXTA platform.
Rather than targeting only one visual characteristic, it applies broader optimization to the displayed image while remaining separate from more specific S-VIXTA functions such as Defog, Depth Enhancement and Vessel and Tissue Visibility Enhancement.
On NEXARA X 43, this provides a general enhancement option while retaining access to the more targeted S-VIXTA controls.

S-VIXTA Defog Enhancement
When compatible surgical or endoscopy video appears hazy, Defog can reduce the visible haze effect on the NEXARA X 43 display.
This reduces haze-related visual interference so image structures remain more distinguishable on screen.
S-VIXTA Depth Enhancement
NEXARA X 43 uses Depth Enhancement to strengthen depth-related visual cues in compatible surgical and endoscopy video.
The enhancement can make depth-related separation within the displayed image more apparent across the 43-inch screen.

Vessel and Tissue Visibility for Large-Format Surgical Viewing
NEXARA X 43 applies Vessel and Tissue Visibility Enhancement to compatible surgical video presented across its large-format 4K display.
The processing strengthens the visible distinction of vessel- and tissue-related image information across the 43-inch screen.
1080p to 4K Enhancement
NEXARA X 43 supports compatible native 4K video as well as 1080p / Full HD surgical and endoscopy sources.
When Full HD video is connected, the shared NEXARA 1080p-to-4K enhancement prepares the image for presentation on the native 3840 × 2160 panel.
This allows the 43-inch surgical monitor to provide a large-format 4K viewing surface even in systems where some upstream equipment still outputs Full HD video.
1080p-to-4K enhancement belongs to the shared NEXARA core rather than the S-VIXTA-only enhancement layer, and enhanced Full HD remains different from video acquired natively in 4K.

178° Wide Viewing Angle
The 178° viewing angle helps maintain visibility when the large-format surgical display is viewed from positions away from the central axis.
For team or shared viewing, this allows users positioned around the display to see the same surgical or endoscopy image without requiring everyone to remain directly centered in front of the screen.
The combination of a 43-inch viewing surface and wide viewing angle makes this function especially relevant when the display serves multiple viewing positions in the same room.
SDR & HDR Modes for Large-Format Surgical Visualization
NEXARA X 43 supports conventional SDR video alongside HLG and PQ HDR formats for compatible surgical and endoscopy sources.
This allows the display to accommodate different source types without relying on a single video format.

Color Mode and Color Space Configuration
NEXARA X 43 provides selectable color modes and color-space options for compatible surgical and endoscopy video sources.
BT.709 and BT.2020 are available for SDR-oriented workflows, PQ and HLG support compatible HDR signals, and selectable color spaces include Native, BT.709, DCI-P3 and BT.2020.
Gamma & HDR Tonal Control
NEXARA X 43 supports adjustable Gamma together with PQ and HLG tonal configurations for compatible surgical and endoscopy video sources.
Gamma control allows mid-tone and image gradation to be adjusted across the display, while SMPTE ST 2084 (PQ) and ITU-R BT.2100 (HLG) provide dedicated tonal configurations for compatible HDR signals.

Multi-View Display with PIP & PBP
NEXARA X 43 supports PIP and PBP for compatible video sources.
The larger viewing surface allows a primary surgical or endoscopy image to remain visible while a secondary compatible source is displayed in an inset or side-by-side layout.
For a 43-inch 4K surgical monitor, this makes multi-source visualization particularly useful when several users need to view more than one source on the same shared display.
Multi-view remains part of the shared NEXARA platform and does not depend on S-VIXTA enhancement.
Image Orientation for Large-Format Surgical Viewing
NEXARA X 43 allows horizontal, vertical and combined image flip when surgical or endoscopy video requires a different on-screen orientation.
This provides display-side orientation control when camera direction or system configuration varies across a large-format surgical installation.

Other Special Functions
Large-Format Surgical Image Configuration

NEXARA X 43 combines direct image adjustment with flexible aspect-ratio and video-range settings for large-format surgical and endoscopy presentation.
The display supports brightness, contrast, sharpness and saturation adjustment, while different source formats can be accommodated through 1:1, 16:9, 4:3 and 5:4 aspect-ratio options.
Auto, Full and Limited video-range settings provide additional control when compatible surgical video sources require different signal-range configurations.
RGB Gain and Color Temperature Control

NEXARA X 43 provides selectable 9300K, 8500K, 6500K and User color-temperature configurations for large-format surgical visualization.
For more detailed adjustment, User mode provides independent R, G and B channel-gain control from 0 to 600, allowing channel-level color balance to be refined directly at the display.
Freeze Frame for Large-Format Surgical Viewing

NEXARA X 43 can temporarily hold the current surgical or endoscopy frame on its 43-inch display when a static visual reference is needed.
The current image remains visible on screen without requiring the connected video source to be paused.
