SOINVISION EMC LABORATORY
In-House EMC Laboratory for Medical Display Development and Engineering Verification
SOINVISION projects are supported by an in-house EMC laboratory integrated with engineering and manufacturing activities. The laboratory provides internal testing and verification across EMC, electrical safety, reliability, environmental conditions and material screening.
When testing identifies a technical issue, results can move directly into engineering analysis, design adjustment and retesting before the project moves to later development or production stages.

LABORATORY OVERVIEW
An Integrated Testing Platform Connected to Engineering and Manufacturing
The laboratory supports SOINVISION projects throughout product development and manufacturing verification. Testing resources work within the same engineering and manufacturing system, connecting laboratory verification with technical review and production-related quality activities.
In addition to EMC testing, the laboratory platform includes electrical safety, reliability and environmental verification, as well as RoHS material screening.
The laboratory resources supporting SOINVISION are connected with engineering and manufacturing capabilities developed alongside Dajing Medical.

ENGINEERING PROCESS
From Testing to Analysis, Rectification and Retesting
An in-house laboratory does more than identify whether a test result meets a defined requirement. Test findings can be reviewed directly with engineering teams, allowing technical issues to be analyzed and updated configurations to be checked again within the same development process.
01
Requirement Review
Product configuration, development stage, intended application and relevant verification requirements are reviewed before testing begins.
02
Test Planning
The engineering and laboratory teams define the required test items, setup, samples and evaluation conditions.
03
Laboratory Testing
Testing is carried out using the appropriate laboratory equipment and defined procedures.
04
Issue Analysis
When an issue is identified, test results and product behavior are reviewed to determine possible technical causes.
05
Engineering Rectification
Relevant hardware, structural, shielding, grounding or cabling factors can be reviewed according to the identified issue.
06
Retesting & Records
Updated designs or configurations can be retested, with relevant test results and engineering records retained for subsequent project review.
CONNECTED ENGINEERING
A Connected Laboratory and Engineering Workflow
Direct communication between laboratory and engineering teams allows test findings to be reviewed without separating technical discussion from the wider product-development process.
This connected workflow helps maintain continuity in project records, engineering decisions and follow-up verification as configurations are reviewed and updated.
The purpose is not simply to generate a test result, but to make laboratory findings useful to the next engineering decision.

DEVELOPMENT CYCLE
Laboratory Verification Across the Product Development Cycle
Internal laboratory resources can support projects at multiple stages, helping technical teams evaluate potential issues before later development or production decisions.
Concept & Design
Relevant EMC, electrical and environmental considerations can be reviewed during early technical planning.
Prototype Build
Prototype configurations provide a basis for initial internal testing and engineering evaluation.
EMC Verification
Selected emissions, immunity and related tests are used to evaluate prototype behavior against defined project requirements.
Engineering Improvement
Test findings can support technical analysis and design adjustment.
Retesting
Updated configurations can be checked again after relevant engineering changes.
Production Readiness
Verification results and engineering records can support technical review before a confirmed configuration moves toward production.
OEM/ODM PROJECT SUPPORT
Earlier Verification for Customized Medical Display Development
Customized products may introduce changes to housing, interfaces, power configurations, internal structure or other technical elements. Internal verification gives engineering teams an opportunity to evaluate these changes earlier in the project.
Without Early In-House Verification
- Potential technical issues may remain undiscovered until later external testing or project stages.
- Late findings may require additional engineering changes after a prototype or configuration has already been developed.
- External testing and engineering communication can involve repeated handovers when technical changes need to be reviewed and checked again.
With SOINVISION Laboratory Support
- Potential EMC and engineering issues can be reviewed earlier during development.
- Testing results can be discussed directly with engineering teams.
- Design changes can be evaluated and retested before the project moves to later stages.
- Laboratory records and engineering findings remain connected throughout the verification process.
MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
Laboratory Verification Supporting Manufacturing Quality
Factory quality control and laboratory verification serve different but complementary roles. Routine production inspection manages confirmed manufacturing requirements, while laboratory resources provide additional EMC, electrical, reliability and engineering verification when required by the product or project.
01
Incoming Inspection
Laboratory resources can support additional technical evaluation when incoming materials or components require further review.
02
Assembly Inspection
Engineering and laboratory support can be used when assembly-related technical issues require additional analysis.
03
Display & Functional Test
Laboratory verification can complement routine display, interface and functional checks when additional project-specific testing is required.
04
Aging & Reliability Test
Dedicated reliability and environmental resources can support broader engineering verification beyond routine production aging.
05
Final Inspection & Release
Relevant laboratory and engineering records can support project-level technical review alongside the factory’s final inspection process.

DOCUMENTATION
Certificates, Reports and Project Documentation
Testing and product-development projects may generate different types of technical records depending on the product, test scope, target market and project requirements.
Representative documentation may include compliance certificates, EMC reports, RoHS reports and other technical records associated with specific products or projects.

Representative compliance documentation for the corresponding product and project scope.

Material-related testing documentation for the corresponding product or project scope.

Representative certification documentation associated with the applicable product and certification scope.

Technical documentation recording EMC-related evaluation for the corresponding product or project.
Documentation Note
Available certificates, reports and technical records vary according to the product, testing scope and project requirements. Certificate holders, report numbers and issuing organizations remain visible in the original documents.
